In March 1999, LEADERS brought out the publication, A Citizen Report on ‘Air Pollution in Kathmandu: Children’s Health at Risk’. The findings of the report were included in an annual environment report of Ministry of Population and Environment (MOPE).
This report played pivotal role in removal of over 600 diesel three-wheelers from Kathmandu.
